Coast Guard MT Fitter/ Mech and Spray Painter Age Limit
- Minimum Age Required : 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit : 25 Years

Coast Guard MT Fitter/ Mech and Spray Painter Qualification
Motor Transport Fitter:
- Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- 02 years experience in automobile workshop
- Desirable : I.T.I. diploma in relevant trade.
Spray Painter:
- Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- Should have completed apprenticeship in the trade.
- Desirable : 02 years experience in the trade.
Motor Transport Mechanic:
- Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- 02 years experience in automobile workshop.
- Desirable : I.T.I. diploma in relevant trade

Coast Guard MT Fitter/ Mech and Spray Painter Selection Process
- Stage 1: Written Exam/ Document Verification
- Stage 2: Trade/ Skill Test
- Stage 3: Medical Test
- The selection of candidates will be based only on the merit in written examination. However, the skill / physical tests wherever required will be conducted, but will only be qualifying in nature with no bearing on the overall merit.
- Exact date, time and venue of written examination, skill / practical test will be communicated vide call letter issued to the short listed candidates.

Required Documents For Application Form
Self-attested copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.
- All Educational and Technical qualification certificate.
- Birth certificate (Mark sheet ).
- Caste certificate, if you belong to reserved category.
- Copy of Experience. if applicable
- Copy of Aadhar Card.
- Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

- The applications received after the last date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- The Indian Coast Guard reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, if necessary.
- All posts are temporary but likely to be permanent under MoD with a probation period of two years. The appointee will be governed by the New Pension scheme.
