Navy B Tech Entry Eligibility Details |
- Passed class 12th (10+2 Pattern) or its equivalent examination with at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English (either in Class X or Class XII).
- Candidates who have appeared for JEE (Main) – 2022.
- Height : 157 cms (Minimum)

Navy B Tech Entry Selection Process |
Shortlisting: Indian Navy reserves the right for shortlisting of applications for Navy B Tech Entry SSB based on JEE (Main) All India Common Rank List 2022. All candidates are required to fill their ranks as per the Common Rank List in the application. Navy B Tech Entry SSB interviews for shortlisted candidates will be scheduled at Bangalore, Kolkata, Bhopal, Visakhapatnam from March 2023 onwards.
SSB/ Interview: Only shortlisted eligible candidates will undergo Navy B Tech Entry SSB at Selection Centres, Bangalore, Kolkata, Bhopal, Visakhapatnam. Indian Navy B Tech Entry Call letter for SSB interview will be issued by respective Selection Centre on candidates’ registered e-mail id and SMS.
Medical Examination: Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit, will be issued joining letter for training in the order of Navy B Tech Entry merit list, depending on the number of vacancies available, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria. Merit list: Navy B Tech Entry Merit list would be prepared based on SSB marks. Candidates declared fit in medical examination would be appointed subject to police verification and character verification & availability of vacancies in the Navy B Tech Entry.
Training: Selected Candidates will be inducted as Cadets for the four years B. Tech Course in Applied Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering as per Naval requirements. On completion of the course, B. Tech Degree will be awarded by the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).
Distribution of cadets amongst Executive and Technical Branch (Engineering & Electrical) will be as per the extant policy. The entire cost of Navy B Tech Entry training, including books and reading material, will be borne by the Indian Navy. The cadets will also be provided with entitled clothing and messing.

Indian Navy B Tech Entry Recruitment 2023 On-line Registration and Submission process will be terminated by 12 February 2023 at 23.59 hrs. Candidature of such applicants who fail to complete online submission of Indian Navy B Tech Entry application form by stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
