Pest Control Worker
  • Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Ability to read and speak Hindi/Regional Language

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION

Self-attested copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

  1. Educational and professional qualification certificates.
  2. Date of birth certificate (10th Class Mark sheet ).
  3. Caste/Reservation certificate, if the candidate is from reserved category.
  4. A self-addressed envelope of size 23×13 cm with postage stamp of Rs.45/- affixed on it.
  5. Copies of residence certificate.
  6. Two Additional Passport size photographs and self-attested on the reverse side and full name written.
  7. Copy of Experience Certificate. If any.
  8. Attach other necessary documents with the application form.
